Pinehirst Education is proud to announce that three more of our talented students from the Track & Rail Engineering courses—Dylan Cotton, Louis Hand, and Yuzdzhan Firket—have been recruited into full-time roles by MerseyRod, a renowned local, regional, and national drainage company based in Liverpool. Established eight years ago, MerseyRod continues to recognise the exceptional calibre of Pinehirst graduates, reinforcing the strong partnership between education and industry.
This achievement highlights Pinehirst’s dedication to providing students with the practical skills and real work experience needed to thrive in dynamic industries. Our curriculum prepares students for diverse roles, and at MerseyRod, this includes responsibilities such as drainage installation, repair, camera inspections, and sewage work.
Pinehirst works in partnership with the Education & Skills Funding Agency (EFSA) via Nacro - a social justice organisation who are very supportive in all aspects as our provision.
